i hate junior yr

i have a major major major problem. so i've put it in stry format void of ne names. if u could place ur opinion on the situation i'd be ETERNALLY GRATEFUL. plz plz plz take the time to read this n help me cuz its driving me crazy.

met in 8th grade.

in 9th grade they became realli realli good frends, like the bestest of best friends n begin to like but liked her 's best friend, .

at the beginning of 10th grade found out that liked him so he decided to talk to her n told her he didn't like her n he didnt feel the same way about her bcuz he already liked . said it didnt matter bcuz they had already known all about that.
towards the middle of sophmore year, however, started to like and at the end of sophmore year they started going out. everyone knew they were meant to be and thought they were the cutest couple ever. they loved eachother a lot and had a great relationship.

at the beginning of junior year they had an argument and didn't talk to eachother for a whole weekend. they got the issue resolved but then 2 days later randomnly dumped . everyone was shocked and horrified at what happened, esp . it had to be a mistake. no one had seen it coming. no one was aware anything had been wrong, not even . however, try as they could nobody could figure out what was wrong. all ever said was he didnt feel the same way anymore. later he told that he thought he liked again. told this to and she stopped talking to and so he stopped liking her, or so he said.

2 weeks later started majorly flirting with . at first didn't say anything cause she thought it was all in her head bcuz she still liked very very much.
but then ppl started asking if she and were going out again and when she said no ppl would say "oh you guys flirt majorly" or "he acts like u guys are" or "u guys act more like u guys are together now than when u went out"
the more time passed the more realized tat ppl were rite. was being very very flirty. he was nicer n more caring nn more affectionate n more touchy feely n more flirty than he had been when they went out. he acted more like a boyfrend now then when they had gone out. he constantly called her, met up with her in halls, imed her. if she stayed after skool, he stayed after. if she was late from class to class, he was late from class to class.
so finally she decided to talk to him. so she told him, "a couple weeks ago i got the idea tat u liked me, but i thought i was wrong so i didnt say nething. but then ppl started saying things to me n i got the idea tat maybe u did. so i was just realli confused becuz i don get if u broke up w/ me y u'd go bak to liking me n i just want to know wats going on."
all said to this was "i'm sry. i didn't mean to confuse u or lead u on." n moved onto something else so the topic was closed. however, his behavior didnt change. if nething, things got even worse and he got even flirtier. ppl continued to ask questions about wat was going on.
so tried to bring up the topic again.
"i really like you" she told
this time all he said was "still? oh ok" and switched topics.
still things didnt change, but everytime brought up the topic would say "ok" or "sry" n change topics. however his behavior remained the same.

what doesnt understand is y is acting the way he is. if he doesnt like her y doesnt he change the way he acts so he doesnt confuse her. he knows wat he is doing n he knows how he is making her feel however his actions dont change. he says he doesnt like her but his actions say otherwise. would like to think it was all in her head, but ppl keep saying things. doesnt want to keep bugging about it incase he gets annoyed n their frendship, which has remained very strong, is ruined. however, she cannot go on this way bcuz 's actions are making her like him more and she doesn't want that if they're only going to be frends.

so i turn to nuTang for help. wat is going on thru 's head? does he or does he not like ? if he doesnt why is he acting this way? if he does than y doesnt he jsut tell her the truth? i'm about to go insane so the faster the reply the better. ne opinion is highly appreciated, guys n girls.
